New at Den Braven Sealants: Tecflex 3060

Den Braven Sealants is proud to introduce an unique new adhesive for automotive windscreen replacement and bonding body parts in autos, trucks, busses, aeronautical and marine industry, farm and construction equipments; the Tecflex 3060.

In addition to the standard polyurethane based adhesives (like the Tectane 1020) that are normally used for this application, the Tecflex 3060 is based on SPUR technology that offers several important advantages. SPUR stands for Silanated-Poly-Urethane-Rubber and is basically an isocyante free polyurethane. Normally isocyanate is one of the two main components of a polyurethane, but it is also considered to be a poisenous ingredient. Therefore the Tecflex 3060 offers a more healthy alternative for the conventional products.

Besides SPUR has a better adhesion on many substrates, meaning the Tecflex 3060 can be applied even without a primer! Also the UV resistance (to degradation and yellowing) has improved and the drive-away time has been cut down to only 90 minutes now!
